Scout Days

Scout Days are opportunities for Scouts and their families to receive discounts on events with our community partners. Many of our partners also offer merit badge classes and advancement workshops for Cub Scouts and Webelos.

Monster Jam® is an adrenaline-charged family entertainment providing jaw-dropping displays and gravity-defying feats that promise to always leave fans entertained. Monster Jam events feature some of the most recognizable tricks in the world including Grave Digger®, Max-D®, El Toro Loco® and many more. Special ticket prices for Scouts and their families range from $15 to $44 based on seating location. The tickets include a patch and free pit party pass. The pre-event Pit Party is an opportunity to get an up-close look at the amazing trucks of Monster Jam and receive autographs from Monster Jam drivers. The Monster Jam Pit Party will take place from 2:30 pm-5:30 pm. No Pit Party admission after 5:00 pm.

Monster Jam is being held at NRG Stadium. Purchase tickets online by clicking here, use the password BSCOUT under offer code. The 12th Man Foundation and Texas A&M Athletics would like to invite all Scouts, family, and friends to support the Aggies at Kyle Field as they take on the Mississippi St. Bulldogs October 26th, 2019. All Scouts will receive an exclusive Texas A&M football patch, the opportunity to take a post-game photo on the field. The TW Davis Family YMCA is offering half-day Swimming (8:00 - 11:30 am) and Lifesaving (1:00 - 4:30 pm) Merit Badge classes for Scouts in troops, crews and ships. Scouts only need to attend one class and must be able to pass the BSA Swim Test at the event in order to proceed with the class. The Swimming Merit Badge is a prerequisite for the Lifesaving Merit Badge. The Houston Gem and Mineral Society's Annual Show seeks to raise awareness of the importance of Earth science education. Scouts in troops can work towards the Geology Merit Badge and Webelos Scouts can work towards the Earth Rocks Adventure. Admission tickets are available at the door for $8; children 10 and under are free. The event is being held at the Humble Civic Center (8233 Will Clayton Parkway, Humble, Texas 77338). Parking is free.
